On September 25, 2018 -28, hosted by the Chinese government and the Secretariat of the International Convention on plant protection, the Symposium on national protection of plants on the "maritime Silk Road" sponsored by the China Agricultural Technology Extension Center was held in Nanning, Guangxi. The seminar was attended by Xia Jingyuan, Secretary-General of the International Plant Protection Convention, Wang Fuxiang, Deputy Director of the National Agricultural Technology Extension Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas, and other leaders from the Agricultural Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and other governments, schools and scientific research institutes. The seminar also invited representatives from 17 countries, and Quanfeng Airlines of Anyang was invited to attend and report.

The forum, the UN Convention on plant protection, highly recognised the development of aviation plant protection industry and aviation plant protection technology, will be promoted under the guidance of the policy of "one belt and one road" in China.
